That happens a lot to me! I often get down about it, so I appreciate you bringing out that the other person may be in a different place spiritually. I'm sure they can still learn from it, but likely it will not be as special to them. I think individual revelations are that way.. they are so powerful to the one that received the message, because it's straight from God. Our minds are always flitting from one thing to another. When we become aware of this and become the observer and just watch our mind do it's thing it seems to help slow it down. There may be periods of absolute stillness but it won't last too long - and that's okay. We're completely fine the way God made us and completely capable of communicating with Him even though we often think the circumstances aren't perfect. That's just something we need to let go of.
