The experience you just wrote about indicates that God does speak to you and you do hear Him. Perhaps your expectations are creating barriers - not allowing you to accept God's voice for what it is?

Thanks for sharing. That's a wonderful experience really.

Dear Robert,

even my heart is burning in a passion to hear God's Voice, my mind runs millions miles of noice. Looks like nothing works for me.
My soul feels Jesus Presence, His face appears time to time in my vision, I see Him very often walking bare feet by the sea. This morning He stepped into sea, then turned to me and He was smiling, smiling, but He never talks to me. After I saw Him, I began to pray and I asked Him;" why can I hear You, Lord Jesus?
My head got flooded with sounds:"no one comes to Me untill My Father calls him".
How can I understand this? Maybe God never calls me unto Him? Is my heart in a wrong passion?

Hi,

This site is excellent - really refreshing. I am a new Christian (last few months) and believe in the teachings of Jesus.

However, I have always found it hard to accept that salvation is *only* found through Christ and no other means - and other religions are "wrong". I have also found it hard to accept that God speaks primarily through the Bible and is to be found externally.

This site also resonates well within me - definately check out the 7 day eCourse.

Cheers,
Alex

Hey Robert
Read the Economics 2012 twice, and I'm gong to need to read it a few more times for it to sink in better- but meantime want to say, your 'being still and knowing God' is paying you dividends, and is bringing out some profound writings. This is very good and resonates well within me.
More soon.
